When we're going through difficult times, the larger picture can be overwhelming. If we allow it, that initial feeling of shock and awe will keep us off our feet. You can overcome adversity by focusing on the small victories.
Paying It Forward
Subconsciously, I adopted the philosophy of 'paying it forward' after years of watching my mother lead by example. Who were some of your influences growing up? How have they impacted the way you carry yourself today?

Final year of High School I had these speakers from Humanitarian group called Darfur Now – visit my grade. They explained the genocide happening in Sudan. Till this day, that presentation has inspired me to help those in need however I can.
